OMG I get it! I was, too.
When I was told to cut back on running and gain weight, I legitimately did not know what to do with myself. I felt gross eating when I wasn’t hungry, and didn’t want to see the scale move up even though I knew it was exactly what I needed.
Luckily, I didn’t give up. I researched and consumed so much information on recovery, gathering a ton of strategies and hacks along the way. It was enough that I am 100% confident I will never go back to undereating and overexercising again.

General health guidelines don’t paint the full picture of fertility health, and doctors are quick to brush off female athletes who aren’t getting their periods. In your first session we’ll dive into truths and myths around recommended exercise, weight, and body fat it takes to maintain a healthy cycle. Then, we’ll compare that with where you are now and begin to map out a plan to get you there. You’ll also address fears, known or unknown, to ensure you’re ready to jump in!
Don’t make this journey harder than it has to be! It’s time to give your social network a makeover. A social detox, followed by a rebuilding of what – and who – will support you where you are right now, is crucial for a positive period recovery. You’ll also create a “plan to fail” to avoid common pitfalls that could lead to a backslide or progress.
Our last session will tackle mindset blocks you may start to encounter so you leave the Intensive with a clear plan in place. My goal of this program is that you have 100% confidence in yourself to sustain the changes it takes to recover your period!
