Stop wasting your energy. It’s time to optimize your happiness
Are you dedicated or are you trapped?
You’re probably praised for your Willpower, but, be honest, would the guilt of skipping a workout be unbearable?
When your mentality of earning rest and earning extra calories chips away at how fully you experience life, it’s time for a change.
I know exactly how you feel.
For years I was a personal trainer and coached many first time marathoners over the finish line. To say fitness was part of my identity is an understatement!
Finally, I learned that my love of a sweaty workout didn’t have to come at the cost of living a rigidly healthy life.
My fitness goals no longer dictate how I spend my Saturday afternoons, and I get to guiltlessly enjoy down time with my husband and toddler 🙌

I started working with Samantha because I had been trying to conceive for years and had gone through 2 failed IVF cycles. I am a runner and personal trainer and I knew I had to cut back on running and start taking it easier on my body. I thought I had done that but it was such a mental hurdle to get myself to cut back ENOUGH.
I turned to Samantha because I saw that she was a runner and could relate. I struggled finding someone who could relate to this because for a year I had been given advice to “just stop running!” – its not that easy! Samantha understood my struggle and that a mental shift like that doesn’t happen over night.
She was able to provide me with the tools I needed to create the mental shift and focus on things other than being active. I was able to mentally be ok with less activity and no running. After 3 failed IVF cycles I got pregnant on my 4th transfer after working with Samantha.
It’s not very often I find another woman who seems to be so similar to me! I can finally say with certainty that I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the mindset of pushing myself too hard when I know I shouldn’t. Again, I’m so thankful for all you do!– Rachel
Seriously felt like I knew you already! Thanks for being so supportive and encouraging.-Amanda
