This is not your typical workout routine. It’s full body, all bodyweight so you can do it at home and takes 30 minutes. But none of that is new! This layout has you performing a set number of repetitions, and how quickly you get done determines how much rest you get before the next round. You’ll need a timer or stop watch and the will to push yourself. Good luck!
