I eyed this recipe on Pinterest and put it on my menu for the week, but after realizing the 2 main add-ins didn’t excite my husband and I, I got creative with the pizza “toppings”.That’s the great thing about this recipe, you can treat it like a pizza and add whatever it is YOU like in a pie. This worked well in my house, but if you’re vegetarian or hate red peppers, switch it up! I also added a bit of flour to bind the dish a little better, and used tomato puree as opposed to pizza sauce as well as cut down on the amount. I’m happy with how it turned out!
