I love making burgers – as I’ve mentioned before with my Sun-dried Tomato, Basil and Goat Cheese Burgers – and their base-recipe quality makes it fun to come up with any style burger you want to try. My most recent venture was figuring out how to put my left over coconut milk and sweet mango chutney from a previous recipe to use, and I came up with a winner!
