This workout takes some brain power. As one exercise decreases in repetitions each set, it’s paired exercise increases. Here’s how it works; in round 1 you’ll alternate between push-ups and squat jumps. Your first set will be 10 push-ups followed by 1 squat jump, the next set is 9 push-ups and 2 squat jumps, with little to no rest between sets. Keep going until you hit 1 push-up and 10 squat jumps, rest for :90 and begin round 2. Let the countdown begin!
