Whether it’s ground beef, turkey or chicken, I look at the meat as the base of the burger. I mix in whatever I’m in the mood for, or more truthfully, whatever I have in the fridge. My burgers are best made in a skillet as I’ve had numerous complaints from my husband when he tries to grill them, that they start to fall apart because they’re chock-full of various veggies! The complaints stop when we start eating them, though and that’s all that matters!
