This interval workout can be done on any cardio machine, or outdoors, totally up to you so pick your favorite and get going! The easy intervals are your recovery, the medium should be challenging but not all out. The hard intervals are your opportunity to impress yourself. Push it for those :15 to :30 seconds and stick with that energy level the entire interval.
