I’ve said it many times, but I’ll say it again; breakfast is my favorite meal!

During the week I tend to stick to the same routine for breakfast, alternating between oatmeal and a yogurt parfait, but the weekend or breakfast for dinner is a different game. Making a breakfast casserole will set you up for the weekend and then some, and are great for bringing to a brunch or when you have guests.
